It is 10:52 EST - 7:52 PST right now we have 1615 leads. System will still collect leads for next 4h before reset counter. I will send my autoresponder letter just before midnight to rich most leads. Yesterday I collect 1752 leads, Today I will reuse those leads and sed verification email to them again. I am going to group those leads base on email server: gmail, yahoo, msn, hostmail, and use it to build my facebook friends network. Recently google add new service BUZZ. Today I update veretekk silver account to Veretekk Gold Account using 30 Days Free Trial. Trial version allow me to used all functionality of veretekk system. I can go to all live online training sessions, used and test provided information on system, and see how it is working. I have full access to veremail, my own conference room, lead generation portals, blog, rss and much more. The purpose of this complaint was to inform them that the scientific review process for medical devices at the FDA has been altered and misrepresented by current FDA managers, thereby placing the American people at risk. The center is responsible for medical devices ranging from stents and breast implants to MRI’s and other imaging equipment. The concerns of the nine scientists who wrote to the transition team repeat some of the complaints from the FDA's drug review division a few years ago during the safety debacle involving the painkiller Vioxx. The FDA declined to publicly respond to the letter, but said it is working to address the concerns. The FDA dissidents indicated that agency managers use intimidation to inhibit scientific debate, leading to the approval of medical devices whose effectiveness is questionable and which possibly may not be entirely safe. Managers with incompatible, discordant and irrelevant scientific and clinical expertise in devices...have ignored serious safety and effectiveness concerns of FDA experts. Managers have ordered, intimidated and coerced FDA experts to modify scientific evaluations, conclusions and recommendations in violation of the laws, rules and regulations, and to accept clinical and technical data that is not scientifically valid. A copy of notice, with the names of the scientists redacted, was provided to The Associated Press by a congressional official. In this article, I dig just a little deeper into the mysterious real of MLM and network marketing to uncover another gem of worth. This article is a continued series of which this was the last in that particular series of discussions. http://igsdt.blogspot.com/2008/11/focus-in-network-marketing-igsdt.html. We learned that one of the reasons of the high failure rate in MLM marketing is the bare fact that most lose focus after time, and are destined to join yet another business, in order to make up for lost time in the last losing proposition. It should be duly noted that this is the kiss of death. The term MLM junkie is pervasive worldwide on Google. People are constantly hopping from one gig to another, to try to find the one true business that will make them money, and make that money quickly, easily and with no effort. As I have already stated, there is no such animal. For the most part, all network marketing industries are geared much the same. True, there are those businesses that are stable, and designed for long term gain, rather than short term rewards, but these are only a precious few.
Intent will be the focus of this article. What do I mean by intent? It is the direct action that clearly defines your goals and objectives so that you may set about the path to finding that business that will provide stability and long term rewards. Intent is another area where people fail. Their intentions may start out great, but in the grand scheme of the net, more than likely, they will simply drift away, without giving the business adequate time to develop and prosper. You know, everyone talks about the 95% failure rate in home business, but no one tells you how to safeguard yourself into seeing that you are not one of the mass failures. They will tell you that their businesses is the best, and most effective pre-launch MLM widget to ever be produced and there are literally millions of people from around the world that will be joining. You better get in quick, or you will lose they say.
If your intent is not clearly defined, in other words, if you have not set down, and actually written out a business plan of action, then you are probably destined to fall to the masses. If your intent is make money online, then you entirely miss the whole process of focus and intent. You are simply floundering and surfing Google to find the easiest and fastest way to riches. Let me interject here, there are simply no businesses like that. ALL network marketing businesses will require time, patience, effort and a long term commitment, in order to thrive and prosper. If you have fallen for the line of bull that says jump on board with me, because I am making $40 grand per month in the business, and I can show you how to do that as well, you have just been sucked into the oldest trick in the book. Any moron that will tell you a story like that, is nothing more than a liar and scam artist.

Swimming is often touted as the best form of exercise for weight loss. And when you think about it, it seems to make sense. After all, swimming uses almost all of your major muscle groups. It places a vigorous demand on your heart and lungs. Swimming is also popular with people who are extremely overweight, pregnant, or suffering from some kind of injury. When you swim breastroke or backstroke, you're burning about the same number of calories as a fast walk or a slow jog. However, for some reason, swimming appears to be less effective than other forms of exercise at promoting weight loss. Swimming weight loss Research published in the American Journal of Sports Medicine shows that in the absence of a controlled diet, swimming has little or no effect on weight loss [1]. Professor Grant Gwinup compared three exercise programs for three months. Each program began with up to 10 minutes of daily exercise. The length of each workout was increased by five minutes every week. Test subjects following the walking program lost 17 pounds of weight during the three-month study. Those following the cycling program lost 19 pounds of weight. However, subjects following the swimming program actually gained 5 pounds. Assuming that all three groups burned a similar number of calories, the swimmers must have compensated by eating more. "Presumably," speculates Professor Gwinup, "swimming in cold water stimulates the appetite to increase caloric consumption." Professor Louise Burke, Head of Nutrition at the Australian Institute of Sport, also points out that competitive swimmers typically have body fat levels that are higher than those of runners or cyclists who expend a similar amount of energy when they train. "Many female swimmers have fought well-publicized battles with their body fat levels," says Burke. "They are generally prescribed 'land training' (running or cycling) in addition to their many laps of the pool in the belief that it is a necessary treatment to produce lower skinfold levels."
Appetite
There are suggestions that swimming doesn't cause the same drop in appetite that accompanies heavy running and cycling training. Many people feel extremely hungry after training in the pool, and may simply replace all the calories they've burned with a large post-exercise meal. "Many people observe that they feel like 'eating a horse' after they have finished a swim training session, and may overcompensate for the energy they have just burned," says Professor Burke. "Some research suggests that this is due to the cool temperatures in which swimmers train. By contrast, runners and cyclists usually experience an increase in body temperature during training, which may serve to suppress appetite - at least in the short term." In one recent study, researchers examined the effect of water temperature on calorie intake after exercise [3]. A group of 11 men exercised for 45 minutes in "neutral" and "cold" water temperatures. After the workout, they were allowed to eat as much food as they wanted. The men burned a similar number of calories in the cold and neutral water conditions, averaging 505 and 517 calories, respectively. However, calorie intake after exercise in the cold water averaged 877 calories, which was 44% more than for the neutral temperature. The problem here is that the water temperature during the "cold" condition was extremely cold (20 degrees celsius), and isn't really indicative of the water temperature of most pools (which is usually nearer 30 degrees celsius). Professor Burke also points out that swimmers are less active outside their training sessions. They are so tired from the hours spent training that they sleep, sit or otherwise avoid any real physical activity outside their sessions.
In one study, researchers compared collegiate swimmers and collegiate distance runners [2]. As you can see in the table below, the runners had lower body fat levels than swimmers. However, detailed three-day food records and one-day activity records offered no convincing explanation as to why. According to Professor Burke, it's almost impossible to measure usual energy intake from diaries. "Apart from the errors in translating descriptions of food into calorie counts," she says, "it is unlikely that people eat 'normally' while they are recording. It is well-known that those who are conscious of their body fat underreport their food intake." "In reporting, athletes try to appear as 'good' as possible and thereby cover-up the clues to any energy balance problems. The behavior of individuals may also be masked by the 'averaging' of results." Burke also speculates that elite swimmers are predisposed to higher body fat levels because it is a help, or at least less of a disadvantage, to their swimming - rounded shoulders and smooth curves may simply be more biomechanically sound than bony angles.
Muscle One of the reasons a properly designed weight-training program is so effective at burning fat is that just one workout can give your metabolic rate a real boost. In some cases, this rise can last for well over a day [4]. When your metabolic rate goes up, you burn more calories. And more calories burned means faster weight loss. One of the things that contribute to this rise in metabolic rate is the muscle damage caused during resistance exercise [5]. And it's eccentric muscle actions (pronounced ee-sen-trick) that appear to cause most of this damage. What's an eccentric muscle action? Take one hand and let it hang down by your side. Now, bend your arm as if you were curling a weight, bringing your hand towards your shoulder. The muscle that's working to raise your arm is the biceps (other smaller muscles are also working to assist it). The movement is known as a concentric muscle action (pronounced con-sen-trick). If you lower your arm under control (rather than just letting it flop down) your biceps are working again. Only this time, the muscle action is called eccentric. So, what does all of this have to do with swimming? Most of the work your body does in the water involves concentric muscle actions. There's virtually no eccentric work there at all. Because of this, I'm guessing that swimming has only a minor impact on your metabolic rate after exercise. The bottom line I prefer to put all forms of exercise into one of three categories - good, better or best. Any form of exercise, be it swimming, walking or weight-training, is good if the alternative is doing nothing. A mixture of some form of resistance exercise and cardiovascular exercise is better, while combining interval exercise and free weights - in my opinion at least - is the best way to get in shape (see Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle for an example of a highly effective weight loss program). Four eating out weight loss tips
It is always a good idea to order a green salad, low calorie dressing on the side, as a starter or a vegetable based soup. Eating a starter will take of the edge of your hunger and will prevent you from eating all the bread in sight. I have to be honest, I cannot do this one. A good meal without a glass of dry white wine is just not on for me. The reason though is, if you drink you have less resistance. So, if you can handle the one glass of low alcohol wine without losing control of your eating, it will not be a disaster. but you are far better to stick with unlimited glasses of water which will help flush your system and enhance your weight loss.
Eat the smallest portions available. This way you can fully partake of the meal without piling up the calories and without feeling deprived. It is also important to choose wisely when you order. If you have to, ask about the dish you are interested in. Make sure it is not smothered in thick and fatty gravy or sauce. If you have to, ask them to serve the gravy or sauce on the side.
It is always better to eat fresh food. Convenience food are normally very calorie dense and it can make for passive overeating (overeating without realizing how many calories you are consuming.) This is becoming a very real problem in today’s busy life. Make sure what you are eating; even salads are not always a safe choice if it contains all kinds of high calorie ingredients

Sound familiar? If you’ve read a newspaper or turned on a television set lately, you’ve heard one or all of these statements. What’s the first thing that runs through your mind? If you’re not careful, fear rears its ugly head, and it’s easy to get stressed or even become panicky. “How will I take care of my family?” “What if I get laid off from my job?” These questions rush through your mind, and your blood pressure rises.
It is true that we are experiencing difficult times, and even those of strong faith may find themselves allowing fear and doubt to creep in. How do we get rid of that fear? The Bible tells us that the opposite of fear is faith.
What is faith?
Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) says: “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Some people talk about how others seem to have more faith than they have themselves. However, faith is like a muscle, and needs to be exercised. We all have equal amounts of those “spiritual muscles” called faith but many people don’t work out those muscles and they lie there soft and dormant, waiting to be stepped on by fear and what life encounters. Strengthening your faith comes from reading and hearing God’s Word.
Think back on other difficult times when God came through
Rather than dwelling on the challenges that we’re all facing and worrying about the “what ifs,” it helps to think back on times when God came through for you. We all have times where we struggled and didn’t have the answer within us as to what our future held. Write down those times when God answered your prayers – keep a praise journal. Stress is one common reason why cholesterol levels rise.
Another reason is that we eat a low-fiber diet. Cholesterol is recycled from the liver through the bile into the intestines and back to the liver. In a diet with minimum fiber levels (under age 50: 25 grams for women, 38 grams for men; over age 50: 21 grams for women, 30 grams for men) the excess levels of cholesterol will be absorbed and eliminated. In low-fiber diets the cholesterol is reabsorbed and recycled. The system becomes "closed" and levels rise.
A third, less common reason for elevated cholesterol levels is fatal familial hypercholesterolemia - a rare genetic condition that causes cholesterol levels to rise uncontrollably. Statin medications were designed to combat this condition.
As mentioned at the outset, cholesterol levels alone do not serve us very well as determinants of heart attack risk. Homocysteine (HCY) levels are much more accurate in predicting who is at risk, and C-Reactive protein (CRP) is the best predictor for heart attack (as well as many other really bad conditions!).
High cholesterol levels on a blood test should be viewed as warning signals from our bodies. Elevated homocysteine sounds a louder alarm and high C-Reactive protein levels sound the loudest siren of all. We can translate these alarms into valid communication by learning what each lab value means and learn how to address them in terms of nutrients and nurturing.
